Beijing's highway service areas achieve full coverage of ultra-fast charging, with charging completed in as fast as 15 minutes.

Journalists learned from the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission that by 2025, a total of 42 supercharging stations will be built in Beijing, located in 12 service areas along various highways in Beijing, to better serve the rapid charging needs of car owners. Currently, a total of 530 charging piles and 674 charging spaces are set up in 16 service areas in Beijing, with charging spaces accounting for 26% of the total parking spaces for small vehicles. There are 66 supercharging piles, covering all service areas, with the maximum power of 600kW. Efficient energy replenishment for small vehicles can be completed in as fast as 15 minutes, providing new energy vehicle owners with a fast charging experience similar to refueling.
