Promote farmers' income increase - the central government's No.1 document has launched a set of policy "combination punches".

The State Council Information Office held a press conference this morning. Officials from the Central Finance Office and the Central Agricultural Office stated that this year's No. 1 Central Document proposes a package of measures to increase farmers' income in light of the new situation. These measures constitute a set of policy "combinations". Specifically, the measures include: stabilizing farmers' income from agricultural production; developing and expanding industries that enrich counties and benefit the people; promoting stable employment for rural migrant workers; and revitalizing and making good use of idle rural resources and assets.
