In 2026, the first land auction in Beijing, China Railway Investment Group won the residential land parcel in Beijing for the first time.
On February 3, the first land auction for the Beijing 2026 kicked off, with a total sale amount of 5.762 billion yuan for three parcels of land located in Shijingshan District, Tongzhou District, and Shunyi District. Among them, the parcels of land in Shunyi Districts New National Exhibition Center Phase III (SY00-2301-0003, 0004, 0005) were won by China Tie Gong Investment Group. This successful land acquisition marks the first entry of the company into the Beijing residential land market, and has become a highlight of this land auction. On the same day, Beijing released a list of proposed residential land for supply in 2026, involving a total of 5 parcels of land covering an area of approximately 16 hectares and a total construction area of about 240,000 square meters, which will be supplied in the near future.
