On February 3rd local time, the Sudanese armed forces stated that the capital of the South Kordofan state in the southern part of the country, Kadugli, was hit by a drone attack, resulting in the death of 8 civilians, including 3 children. The Sudanese armed forces accused the Rapid Support Forces of deploying several drones to carry out airstrikes on multiple targets in Kadugli, including a medical center, causing casualties. The Rapid Support Forces have not responded to these accusations.
