Recently, a netizen consulted on the internet platform about the marriage leave policy for remarriage. In response, the Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security stated that, after consulting with the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, individuals remarrying are not entitled to marriage leave as stipulated in the Regulations on Population and Family Planning of Sichuan Province.
