Announcement: Shanghai Huijia Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares in the company, holds 14.4681 million shares of the company, accounting for 10.75%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.3455 million shares through centralized bidding from March 6, 2026, to June 5, 2026, accounting for 1% of the total share capital of the company. The proportion of reduction in any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1.00%, and the source of the reduction in holdings is the shares acquired before the IPO.
