Beijing: Strive to develop 5 types of atomic-level manufacturing software tools by 2028, and develop no less than 10 innovative atomic-level manufacturing equipment.

The Economic and Information Technology Bureau of Beijing Municipality has drafted the "Beijing Atom-Level Manufacturing Innovation Development Action Plan", striving to develop 5 atom-level manufacturing software tools in the semiconductor and new materials fields by 2028. Additionally, they aim to research and develop at least 10 innovative atom-level manufacturing equipment, create 10 typical atom-level manufacturing applications and solutions, and establish a leading domestic atom-level manufacturing technology innovation platform and typical application benchmark.
