The United States initiates the fifth anti-dumping sunset review investigation on canned mushrooms involving China.

On February 2nd, the US Department of Commerce issued a notice initiating the fifth anti-dumping sunset review investigation on canned mushrooms imported from Chile, India, Indonesia, and China. At the same time, the US International Trade Commission initiated the fifth anti-dumping sunset review industry damage investigation on the products involved. The review will determine whether the cancellation of the current anti-dumping measures will result in continued or renewed substantial harm to the domestic industry in the foreseeable future. Interested parties are required to register with the US Department of Commerce within 10 days of the publication of this notice. Interested parties must submit their responses to the US International Trade Commission by March 4, 2026, and provide their comments on sufficiency of the case by April 13, 2026.
