On February 2, 2026, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a notice initiating the fourth sunset review investigation on anti-dumping duties on crepe paper imported from China. At the same time, the U.S. International Trade Commission initiated an industry damage investigation on the above-mentioned products. The review will determine whether the cancellation of the current anti-dumping measures will continue to cause substantial harm to the domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable period.
