The U.S. ITC issues final ruling on Section 337 investigation on semiconductor devices and related products.

On February 2nd, the United States International Trade Commission issued a notice stating that it has made a 337 Partial Final Determination on certain semiconductor devices and their downstream products: a partial review of the final initial determination made by the administrative law judge on December 2, 2025, regarding the rights claims, infringement situation, whether the applicant meets the technical and economic requirements of the U.S. domestic industry, and validity of U.S. Patent No. 9,899,481 for lateral transistor devices. Parties involved, relevant government agencies, and other stakeholders may submit comments on suggested remedies, public interest, and bonds in writing by no later than February 17, 2026.
