The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Fujian Province has issued "Several Opinions on Further Promoting the Stable Development of the Real Estate Market", proposing the implementation of home purchase subsidies. It supports local governments to implement universal home purchase subsidies, subsidies for families with multiple children, subsidies for commercial and office buildings, etc. according to the local economic and real estate development situation. It also broadens the scope of talent identification, supporting talents at different levels to meet their housing needs through home purchase subsidies, preferential loans, etc.
