Air China plans to operate more than 70,000 passenger flights during the 2026 Spring Festival travel season.

Air China announced on February 2nd that the capacity input for the 2026 Spring Festival travel rush will be fully upgraded, with an increase of 25 aircraft compared to the previous year. The airline plans to operate over 70,000 passenger flights, a 10.1% increase from the 2025 Spring Festival, with an average of about 1,800 flights per day, an increase of 160 flights compared to the previous year.
