Fangda Carbon: Zhang Tianjun resigns as general manager, Zhao Erqin resigns as chief financial officer.

Fangda Carbon announced on February 2nd that the Board of Directors recently received resignation reports from the former General Manager Zhang Tianjun, former CFO Zhao Erqin, and former Deputy General Manager Xu Longfu. Due to job adjustments, Zhang Tianjun applied to resign from the position of General Manager. After resigning, Zhang Tianjun will continue to serve as a director of the ninth Board of Directors and a member of the ninth Board of Directors Strategic Committee. Zhao Erqin applied to resign from the position of CFO. After resigning, Zhao Erqin will continue to serve as a director of the holding subsidiary Chengdu Fangda Carbon Research Institute Co., Ltd. Xu Longfu applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager. After resigning, Xu Longfu will continue to serve as a director of the holding subsidiary Chengdu Fangda Carbon Composite Materials Co., Ltd. The resignation reports of Zhang Tianjun, Zhao Erqin, and Xu Longfu will take effect from the date they were delivered to the Board of Directors, and their resignation will not have any adverse effects on the company's normal operation and daily business. The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Xie Haidong as the new General Manager, Guo Yanli as the new CFO, and Wang Yi as the new Deputy General Manager. Their term of office will start from the date of approval by this Board of Directors until the expiration of the ninth Board of Directors term.
