According to TrendForce's latest storage industry survey, the demand for AI and data centers in the first quarter of 2026 continues to intensify the global imbalance of supply and demand for memory, and the bargaining power of original equipment manufacturers has increased rather than decreased. Based on this, TrendForce has comprehensively revised the quarterly growth rates of various products such as DRAM and NAND Flash for the first quarter. It is estimated that the overall contract price for Conventional DRAM will increase from the previously announced 55-60% quarterly increase to 90-95%, while the NAND Flash contract price will be adjusted from a 33-38% quarterly increase to 55-60%, with the possibility of further upward revisions.
