Lei Auo announced that shareholders Wang Fuhai, Zhu Xuhui, Chen Hongjun, Wang Xue, Jiang Juntao, Zhang Zhenyu, and Qian Zhenghan have agreed to transfer 10.715 million unrestricted shares of the company, accounting for 5.11% of the total share capital, at a total price of 161 million yuan. The transfer registration procedures have been completed. After receiving the shares, Jiaoxin Huicheng has become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares.
