Chongqing Construction announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have recently received notices of winning bids for projects. The first project is the Binzhou Qiwuo Ecological Circulation Industrial Park project, which was awarded to a consortium led by Chongqing Construction Second Construction Co., Ltd. The contract price is 673 million yuan, with Chongqing Construction Second Construction undertaking approximately 668 million yuan of the contract. The second project is the Linyi Luozhuang Meihua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital project, awarded to the company with a contract price of 446 million yuan. The construction period for both projects is 750 calendar days. As of the date of the announcement, the winning projects have not signed formal contracts, with limited impact on current revenue and profit.
