Starting from February 1st, the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Online Trading Platforms" will be implemented. It specifies that platforms are not allowed to use platform rules to force merchants on the platform to only offer refunds; they cannot force merchants on the platform to open freight insurance and other non-essential value-added services; and they cannot implement big data "price discrimination" against consumers.
