ST Dongyi: Intends to acquire 100% equity of Zhongcheng Daye for 1 million RMB.

ST Dongyi Announcement: The company intends to sign a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Beijing Wankai Construction Co., Ltd., agreeing to acquire 100% equity of Beijing Zhongcheng Daye Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. held by them for 1 million RMB. After the transaction is completed, Zhongcheng Daye will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. At the same time, the company plans to increase the capital of Zhongcheng Daye from 10 million RMB to 50 million RMB.
