CSRC holds symposium on capital market "15th Five-Year Plan" for listed companies

The China Securities Regulatory Commission held a symposium on the "15th Five-Year Plan" for the capital market. During the symposium, participants put forward specific opinions and suggestions on how to improve the "15th Five-Year Plan" for the capital market, enhance the inclusiveness and adaptability of the system, improve the quality and investment value of listed companies, etc. The main suggestions include: continuously optimizing the rules of the issuance and listing system to better adapt to the needs of emerging industries, future industrial development, and the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries; enhancing the efficiency of listed companies' refinancing, activating the market vitality of mergers and reorganizations; fostering patient capital and promoting the entry of medium- to long-term funds into the market with greater intensity to better match the long-term needs of industrial development; improving the dividend repurchase and incentive constraints mechanism of listed companies to urge them to further enhance their standardized operation and information disclosure levels; increasing policy support for the globalization of listed companies to help cultivate world-class enterprises, and so on.
