Yiwei Lithium Energy: HYD signs "Framework Agreement" with ANTAM and IBC.

Yiwei Lithium Energy announced that on January 30, 2026, its joint venture company HYD Investment Limited signed a "Framework Agreement" with PT Aneka Tambang Tbk and PT Industri Baterai Indonesia. The three parties will leverage their respective resources and industrial advantages to collaborate on the full industry chain of new energy vehicle batteries in Indonesia, with the required ore supplied by a subsidiary of ANTAM.
