Zhonghe Technology announced that the company has won the bid for the "Taizhou Urban Railway S2 Line Project Signal System Procurement Project", with a bid amount of 432,350,788 yuan. The project includes the design, manufacturing, and acceptance of the signal system equipment for the entire S2 line. If the project signs a formal contract and is successfully implemented, it will have a sustained positive impact on the company's future annual performance, with no impact on business independence. However, as of now, the formal contract has not been signed, and there is uncertainty.
