Yingliu Electromechanical: The controlling shareholder has lifted the pledge on 90 million shares, and pledged another 70 million shares.

Yingliu Electromechanical announced that its controlling shareholder, Yingliu Investment, holds 185.825 million shares of the company, accounting for 27.37% of the total share capital. Recently, Yingliu Investment released 90 million pledged shares, with 60 million shares released on January 28 and 30 million shares released on January 29. At the same time, 60 million shares and 10 million shares were pledged again on January 28 and 29 respectively, with Zhongxin Securities as the pledgee for fund turnover. After the release and re-pledging, Yingliu Investment has pledged a total of 70 million shares, accounting for 37.67% of its holdings and 10.31% of the total share capital; it has pledged a total of 83 million shares with the concerted action parties, accounting for 35.19% of its holdings and 12.22% of the total share capital.
