Xing Yiteng, Deputy Director of the Development Planning Department of the National Energy Administration, stated at a routine press conference that by 2025, the orderly development of the energy industry will have shown significant progress. By the end of 2025, the National Energy Administration will intensify comprehensive reforms in the photovoltaic industry to address "internal competition." The prices of polysilicon and silicon wafers are projected to reach 53.86 yuan per kilogram and 1.329 yuan per piece respectively, representing increases of 52.0% and 35.6% from the lowest points of the year. Through comprehensive measures, the aim is to achieve stable production, supply, and prices of coal and guide spot prices to operate within a reasonable range. By the end of 2025, the spot price of 5500 kcal coal at ports around the Bohai Sea is expected to reach 690 yuan per ton, rising by 75 yuan per ton from the lowest point of the year.
