According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Minmetals Group Hunan Metal Mining Co., Ltd. was established, with business scope including geological exploration of metal and non-metal mineral resources; mineral resource exploration; and non-coal mine mineral resource development, among others. The equity penetration displayed on Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is jointly owned by China Minmetals Corporation, China Guoxin Holding Limited Liability Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guoxin Development Investment Management Co., Ltd., and others.
