In 2025, Guangdong's GDP exceeded 14.58 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.9%.

The data released by the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Statistics on January 30th shows that in 2025, the economic operation of the entire province of Guangdong has been stable and improving, with a focus on quality development achieving new progress. According to the unified calculation of regional GDP, in 2025, Guangdong achieved a regional GDP of 14,5846.76 billion yuan, calculated at constant prices, an increase of 3.9% over the previous year. Among them, the value added of the primary industry was 5,891.80 billion yuan, an increase of 4.5%; the value added of the secondary industry was 54,993.50 billion yuan, an increase of 2.4%; and the value added of the tertiary industry was 84,961.46 billion yuan, an increase of 4.7%.
