On the morning of January 30, Xinnowei announced that the Board of Directors had received written resignation reports from General Manager Yao Bing and Board Secretary Dai Long. Yao Bing applied to resign from the position of General Manager due to job transfer reasons, and the resignation report took effect upon receipt by the Board of Directors. After resigning from the position of General Manager, Yao Bing will continue to serve as the Chairman of the sixth Board of Directors of the company. Dai Long applied to resign from the position of Board Secretary due to job adjustment reasons, and the resignation report took effect upon receipt by the Board of Directors. After resigning from the position of Board Secretary, Dai Long will continue to serve as a director and Chief Financial Officer of the sixth Board of Directors of the company. The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Dai Long as the General Manager of the company, with a term from the date of Board approval until the expiration of the sixth Board of Directors. The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Xu Wen as the Board Secretary of the company, with a term from the date of Board approval until the expiration of the sixth Board of Directors.
