On January 29, the official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange showed that the first batch of commercial real estate investment trusts (REITs) in China have formally applied. The products reported are the Huaxia Jinjiang closed-end commercial real estate securities investment fund, the Huitongfu Shanghai real estate closed-end commercial real estate securities investment fund, and the Zhongjin Weipin closed-end commercial real estate securities investment fund.
