Today, the journalist learned that the State Administration for Market Regulation has released the "Detailed Rules for the Examination of Production Licenses for Infant Formula Liquid Milk," which strictly regulates the conditions for the production license of infant formula liquid milk to promote the high-quality development of the industry. The "Detailed Rules" specify that infant formula liquid milk production enterprises must meet the requirements of good production practices for infant formula foods and implement a hazard analysis and critical control point system. Production licenses will not be granted to enterprises that only have packaging sites, processes, and equipment but do not have complete production process conditions. Production of infant formula liquid milk through outsourcing or repackaging is prohibited. The same enterprise is not allowed to produce different brands of infant formula liquid milk using the same formula. Production of infant formula liquid milk using milk powder reconstitution, or infant formula milk powder or base powder as the main ingredients, is also prohibited.
