On January 29th, Huaxin Trust announced that the Dalian Intermediate People's Court in Liaoning Province will hold the first creditors' meeting for the bankruptcy reorganization case of Huaxin Trust online through the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Case Information Network on February 13th, 2026 at 10:00. Creditors who have filed their claims in accordance with the law have the right to participate in this creditors' meeting. The Dalian Intermediate People's Court in Liaoning Province stated that based on Huaxin Trust's application, it issued a ruling on November 28th, 2025 to accept the bankruptcy reorganization case of Huaxin Trust, and appointed the liquidation team of Huaxin Trust as the administrator of Huaxin Trust on the same day.
