Jiang Zhaobai, a wealthy businessman from Jiangsu, has been sued by the listed company Pengxin Resources under his name. Pengxin Resources announced on the evening of January 27th that due to a dispute over performance compensation commitments, the company has brought legal action against the controlling shareholder Jiang Zhaobai and director Jiang Lei. The case has been accepted by the court. The amount involved in this case includes performance compensation and interest, litigation costs, totaling approximately 4.3 billion yuan and compensatory shares of 220 million.
