Meituan Waimai has launched the "one-shot-to-bottom" verification function, new merchants must upload a complete store video.

Recently, Meituan delivery introduced the "One Shot Verification" feature to verify the authenticity of stores. When catering businesses join the Meituan delivery platform, they must upload a "One Shot Verification" video of the store, showing continuous, unedited footage of the storefront, operating environment, kitchen scene, and qualifications. The feature is currently being piloted in 8 cities including Jinhua, Yinchuan, Qingdao, and Harbin, mainly targeting new businesses that join the platform, and is also an important measure for daily inspections. This feature will be gradually rolled out nationwide within this year, and failure to upload the video as required or falsifying the video will result in corresponding actions taken by the platform.
