Bond Connect Northbound trading volume will reach 9.7 trillion yuan by 2025.

The monthly operational report released by Bond Connect Company recently showed that in 2025, the annual trading volume of Bond Connect northbound totaled 9.7 trillion yuan. Among them, the trading volume in December 2025 reached 639.5 billion yuan, with a daily average trading volume of 278 billion yuan. Trading of policy financial bonds and government bonds was the most active, accounting for 49% and 39% of the monthly trading volume, respectively.
