It calls for the extensive use of cutting-edge technologies such as humanoid robots, brain-machine interfaces, and artificial intelligence to carry out research and development in key technologies and equipment related to the prevention and resistance of disabilities and Alzheimer's, living care and rehabilitation nursing, mental comfort and social participation promotion, safety risk monitoring and emergency rescue, elderly-friendly living environment construction and elderly-friendly renovations.
