The State Administration for Market Regulation has organized the formulation of the "Regulations on the Examination of Production Licenses for Infant Formula Liquid Milk", which is hereby released and shall be implemented from the date of publication. The term "infant formula liquid milk" referred to in these regulations refers to a liquid infant formula food suitable for consumption by infants aged 0-36 months, which is mainly made from cow's milk and milk protein products as the main source of protein, with appropriate amounts of vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients, and produced and processed only by physical methods.
