Ministry of Civil Affairs: "Warmth in the Cold Winter" special relief action has provided assistance to over 193,000 temporary distressed individuals on the streets.

According to the Ministry of Civil Affairs, since the official launch of the "Warmth in the Cold Winter" special relief action in October 2025, the civil affairs departments and relief management agencies across the country have provided assistance to more than 193,000 temporary distressed people, mobilized 206,000 street inspection personnel, dispatched nearly 52,000 rescue vehicles, distributed 101,000 pieces of warm clothing and food, set up 39,000 temporary shelters, temporary aid stations, and assistance guidance points, effectively ensuring the safety and warmth of temporary distressed individuals during the winter.
