A-share private placement overview: Today, three companies disclosed progress on private placements.

Wind data shows that on January 29th, three A-share companies released announcements related to private placements. Among them, two companies disclosed their private placement plans, and one private placement plan was approved by the shareholders' meeting. According to the latest private placement plans disclosed on that day, Yunji Group and Lixing shares have the highest proposed fundraising amounts, with plans to raise no more than 788 million yuan and 560 million yuan respectively. So far this year, 15 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, with seven companies raising over 10 billion yuan. Specifically, Beiqi Blue Valley, Megmeet, and Zhongbeitongxin have the highest intended fundraising amounts for private placements, with total fundraising of 60.0 billion yuan, 26.63 billion yuan, and 19.2 billion yuan respectively.
