On the evening of January 28th, Starbucks released its performance report for the first quarter of the 2026 fiscal year, with double-digit revenue growth in the Chinese market and positive same-store sales growth for three consecutive quarters. Specifically, Starbucks China's first quarter revenue was $823.4 million, an increase of 11%; same-store sales achieved a 7% growth. In terms of store numbers, Starbucks China entered 13 new county-level cities in the first quarter, and by the end of the quarter, Starbucks had opened 8,011 stores in 1,103 county-level cities nationwide, a year-on-year increase of 4%.
