Battery recycling and energy storage startup Redwood Materials Inc. raised $425 million in funding at a valuation of over $6 billion, originally aiming to raise $3.5 billion. The company, led by Tesla co-founder JB Straubel, added Google, a subsidiary of Alphabet, as an investor.
