Gu Jia Home: Partial shares of shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares have been released from the freeze queue.

Gu Home Furnishing announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, Deyejiajun held 88,471,483 shares of the company, accounting for 10.77% of the total share capital, with all shares frozen; TBHome held 41,176,766 shares, accounting for 5.01%, with all shares also frozen. Recently, some of the shares frozen by Deyejiajun were lifted by the Zhejiang Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court, Hangzhou Qiantang District People's Court, and Hebei Hengshui Intermediate People's Court, totaling 190,531,406 shares. However, the remaining 88,471,483 shares are still in a frozen state, accounting for 100% of their holdings and 10.77% of the total share capital.
