JPMorgan Chase: LVMH Group can rely on cost control to offset revenue fluctuations.
Morgan Stanley analysts said in a research report that the performance of LVMH Group in the fourth quarter and 2025 was mixed, but the company demonstrated very strict cost control, which helped offset the impact of revenue fluctuations. These analysts said that although the fourth-quarter sales of this French luxury goods giant basically met Morgan Stanley's expectations, they might be weaker than investors' expectations. Morgan Stanley said that better-than-expected profitability may bring some short-term boosts, but due to the uneven sales growth and the valuation still higher than the historical average level, the stock is expected to fluctuate within a range. The company's stock price fell by 7.2% to 542 euros.
