According to the QiChaCha APP, JinHua LingAi Electronics Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhou Hongtao as the legal representative and a registered capital of 120 million RMB. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of electronic components; manufacturing of intelligent automotive equipment; manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories; manufacturing of cloud computing equipment; and research and development of intelligent robots. Equity penetration data from QiChaCha shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by ZERO RUN Automotive.
