For the first time, the live streaming industry has welcomed unified regulations: live streamers are not allowed to overdo heavy makeup, excessive skin smoothing, or excessive beauty filters. They are also not allowed to induce consumer behavior or engage in competitive ranking within the industry.
Recently, the China Performing Industry Association officially released the "Operational Service Requirements for Online Performance Brokerage Agencies". This standard clarifies operation norms from multiple dimensions, especially setting compliance boundaries for the currently popular group live broadcasts, marking the departure of the group broadcasting industry from savage growth and entering a new stage of standardized and professional development. In the standard, it is clearly stated that group broadcasts must adhere to positive guidance, should not induce users to consume through suggestive language, actions, or fictional intimate relationships, and should not organize fans to give rewards based on rankings or comparisons. In terms of talent display, a single dance must include at least two sets of eight beats or more complete movements, with a duration of no less than 2 minutes. In terms of costume and makeup, it should be appropriate and natural, not excessive makeup or overly airbrushed beauty.
