The overall trading range for the day was between 6.9567 and 6.9313. As the US stock market neared closing, President Trump claimed he was "not worried about the fall of the US dollar." The offshore RMB saw a short-term rally, approaching the highs of May 11, 2023, at 6.9309, April 25, 2023, at 6.8949, February 10, 2023, at 6.7898, and January 16, 2023, at 6.7898.
