On Tuesday morning, the American rare earth company dropped 5.4%, giving back most of the gains from the previous day. The company announced yesterday that it had received a $1.3 billion loan intention letter from the Department of Commerce and $277 million in funding support in exchange for equity and warrants to advance the Oklahoma magnet factory and Texas Round Top mine project.
