Guangting Information announced that the net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company is expected to be between 70 million and 88 million RMB in 2025, an increase of 134.67% to 195.02% compared to the same period last year. The net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between 45 million and 63 million RMB, an increase of 141.42% to 237.99% compared to the same period last year. The growth in performance is attributed to the company's promotion of technological iteration and product innovation, enhanced brand influence, deepened ecological cooperation, steady growth in business orders, increased revenue, and an increase in the proportion of overseas income. In addition, non-recurring gains and losses of approximately 25 million RMB, and the acquisition of Chengdu Kaima Information Technology Co., Ltd. also contributed to the profit growth.
