Gaole Group announced that on November 30, 2025, the controlling shareholder Huatong Group plans to transfer 94.72 million shares to Lehman Yuntu and also entrust 4% of the voting rights. On the same day, Yang Guangcheng and Xingchang Plastic Hardware Factory Limited entrusted part of their voting rights to Lehman Yuntu, and Huatong Group terminated its concerted action relationship with them. If implemented, the controlling shareholder will become Lehman Yuntu and the actual controller will become Wang Fan. Recently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has conducted a completeness check on the transfer materials and issued a confirmation letter. However, the transfer of shares still needs to go through the share transfer registration process, and the results are uncertain.
