On January 26, the United States International Trade Commission announced that it had made a final ruling on certain wireless front-end modules and downstream devices in Investigation No. 337: The administrative law judge in this case made an initial ruling on infringement on January 23, 2026 and issued recommendations for relief. Specifically, if infringement is found in this case, it is recommended to issue a general exclusion order or a limited exclusion order against the infringing products exported to the U.S., imported into the U.S., and sold in the U.S. by the named defendants Kanxi Communication Technology Co., Grand Chip Labs, and Ruijie Networks. Additionally, a cease and desist order would be issued against these three named defendants.
