Among them, 4 companies disclosed their plans for private placements, 3 of which were approved by shareholders' meetings and 2 were approved by the stock exchanges. From the latest disclosed private placement plans on that day, Zhejiang Hengdian, Anlux Technology, and Chuankang Technology have the highest planned fundraising amounts, with plans to raise up to 1.517 billion yuan, 1.262 billion yuan, and 1.0 billion yuan respectively. So far this year, 13 companies have announced completed private placement plans, with 7 companies raising over 1 billion yuan. Specifically, Beiqi Blue Valley, Magic Micro, and Zhongbei Communication have the highest planned fundraising amounts, with total fundraising amounts of 6 billion yuan, 2.663 billion yuan, and 1.92 billion yuan respectively.
