At the close of the European market on Monday, the yield on German 10-year government bonds fell by 3.9 basis points to 2.867%, trading between 2.894% and 2.862% intraday. After opening lower with a gap, it continued to decline throughout the day. The yield on 2-year German bonds dropped by 2.6 basis points to 2.103%, trading between 2.119% and 2.103% intraday. The yield on 30-year German bonds fell by 3.5 basis points to 3.479%. The yield spread between 2-year and 10-year German bonds decreased by 1.283 basis points to +76.152 basis points.
