Yidao Information announced that the company plans to issue shares and pay cash to purchase 100% equity of Chengwei Information held by 9 transaction parties including Wang Tao, Zhang Hongmei, Jiang Songlin, Yang Haibo, Zhang Hu, Cheng Wei Technology, Chengwei No.1, Chengwei No.2, and Chengwei No.3. The transaction price is 715 million yuan. Among them, the equity consideration ratio is 57.90%, totaling 414 million yuan; the cash payment ratio is 42.10%, totaling 301 million yuan. At the same time, the company will also raise supporting funds of no more than 414 million yuan to pay cash consideration and supplement working capital.
